In its release, De Marque explains that the merger of the two catalogs will represent 1.4 million ebooks and multilingual audio books, available in several territories.

Feedbooks employees join the De Marque team, and the confusing French company, Hadrien Gardeur, is appointed director of research and development. The international team dedicated to the publishing market now numbers 57 people.

De Marque has already acquired in July 2018 the Barcelona company Libranda.

For Marc Boutet, president of De Marque, "This is an important step in our vision to maintain our international leadership in the digital reading and monetization of digital content sector", recalling that this merger allows the creation of the first international group for the distribution and marketing of multilingual digital content.
