This last public statement of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs has, moreover, been of unprecedented violence to the Polisario. For it did not just cut short all the manipulations of the polisario, but it also praised, in strong terms, the importance of Morocco in the region, the wealth of cooperation with the Kingdom and its leading role at the TICAD and African continent level.

While he gleaned crumbs of interest and a semblance of gratitude, the polisario finds himself, by his only break-in at Yokohama, to confirm by his own care that none of the great powers of this world recognizes it. By strongly declaring its position today, Japan joins the United States, the European Union and several of its Member States.

These developments sound like a reminder of a reality that has become transparent over time: that the overwhelming majority of the international community refuses to recognize the ghostly "rasd": in Europe, in North America, more and more in America Latin America, Asia, and especially in Africa, where more than two-thirds of states refuse polisarian deceit. Because African countries see and feel, more than all others, that the devious and anachronistic manipulation of the Polisario, cost the development, stabilization and integration efforts in Africa – efforts where Morocco is a key player.
