Penn's future in the Octagon was uncertain having him beaten by Dennis Siver during his last outing in June 2017. Penn has now lost five straight bouts with his last win in 2010 against the famous Matt Hughes.
As for Ryan Hall, b has not fought since December 2016 when he beat Gray Maynard to improve his record in theUFC at 2-0 after winning "The Ultimate Fighter".
Best known for his high-level Brazilian jiu-jitsu skills, Hall was waiting for the right opponent to bring him back into theOctagon and it seems that Penn is the perfect choice.
