Is this "war" really over? According to information from BFMTV, confirmed by Le Figaro, the widow of Johnny, Laeticia Hallyday, would have given up appealing the judgment rendered by the court of Nanterre instance in May 2019. The latter gave reason to Laura Smet and David Hallyday, believing that the French justice could rule on the dispute with Laeticia in the inheritance case.
This Tuesday, October 15, Johnny's companion released a statement on Instagram, stating his desire for a peaceful and peaceful future and a "Constructive dialogue" with David and Laura:

Advised by her father Andre Boudou to change her lawyer, Laeticia Hallyday, tired of "beat", would have definitely chosen to move towards peace. This beautiful message posted on Instagram leaves the French judges perplexed, even if Le Figaro confirmed that the appeal hearing planned for November 6 would not take place.
